What is the Role About?
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Presales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, present cybersecurity solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the Country Manager to identify client requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to prospective clients.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for stakeholders.
- Design solution architectures that align with customer environments and business needs.
- Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with accuracy and clarity.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients during pre-sales engagements.
- Work with product and engineering teams to stay up to date on solution offerings and updates.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.

Academic & Technical Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as endpoint protection, PAM, data protection, threat intelligence, FIM, and SIEM/SOAR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCSP, vendor-specific certifications).
